Our service fee is 550 AED, paid online to GetWill. The 950 AED ADJD court fee is a separate government fee, paid later and directly to the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) at the registration of your Will. GetWill does not collect it. The total expected cost is therefore 1,500 AED. Government fees are set by the authorities and may change.
Final registration of a Will is subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant authority. GetWill does not guarantee acceptance, timelines or any specific outcome. Our service covers assets located in the UAE. For complex or cross-border estates, you should seek independent professional advice.
